5-Step Guide to Realign After Disruption

Get your team back on track and reengaged at work after organizational shifts.

I’m Thankful for Enthusiasm

People will be spending Thanksgiving with their families, friends, colleagues, and loved ones. During this time of year, it is important to be thankful for the things that truly matter. Material things, money, or prestige should not part of the equation.

What really matters is the emotional impact that you have on others and the impact that others have on your emotions. How happy are others to see you? Who is a positive influence in your life?

During this time of year we need to commit ourselves to being authentic, genuine, and to wearing our enthusiasm on our sleeves. Don’t suppress your excitement or your happiness. Choose to be more openly passionate about your life and the people in it.

Go out and be thankful.

Tell people you appreciate them.

Be enthusiastic in all your efforts. If you aren’t, then what’s the point?

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
