Burn the RIGHT Bridges!

Burn the RIGHT Bridges

Burning bridges is often viewed as a negative thing. If you are talking about ridding yourself of lifelong friends for personal gain then I would agree. However, I suggest that there are things in your life right NOW that you should distance yourself from.

Let me pose a question to you: What habits or people in your life are not allowing you to progress to the place where you desire to be?

Who in your life is not supportive of your ambitions?

What are 2 habits in your life that may be counterproductive to your goals?

I want you to think long and hard about those questions. Go back and reread them. Are those questions poking you in the stomach yet?

What I am suggesting is that you choose a few bridges in your life to set ablaze immediately!

Crazy as it may seem, there are at least 3 things in every person’s life that could be eliminated to allow them to be more productive, more focused, and more likely to reach the goals they have set for themselves.

You MUST burn the bridges in your life that are holding you back.

I know what you’re thinking, why would I burn them? I can just step away gently and save people’s feelings.

No, you can’t. It is impossible to gently remove someone or some habit from your life. When you leave room for regression you open up the option of retreat towards something of comfort and familiarity.

To truly provide yourself with the best opportunity to avoid distraction and rid yourself of things that hold you back, sacrifices MUST be made.

What is holding you back? Seriously. What person, habit, preconception, or dogma is holding you back?

You need to make a decision: Either be who you are today forever, or find what/who is hindering your progress and eliminate it.

Burn the RIGHT bridges in your life!
